ZOOMLION Heavy Industry 100 tons of
electric drive mining dump truck ZTE210 recently completed the first delivery
of overseas extreme cold mining area, marking China's high-end mining equipment
in the global market further. The customer for this delivery is a long-term partner
of ZOOMLION Heavy Industry. Previously, its excavator products performed stably
in the local extreme cold environment of -45°C, and its efficient service
guaranteed operation efficiency, which was highly recognized by customers.
Based on the trust in product performance, the customer introduced Zoomlion's
super tonnage equipment for the first time to deepen high-end mining
cooperation.
ZTE210, as the national 100-ton benchmark
product, adopts the third generation electric drive system, which improves the
traction capacity by 10% and matches the 1,450-horsepower electric control
engine. The top speed is 51km/h, and the transportation efficiency is leading
the same class. For extremely cold working conditions, the vehicle is equipped
with a whole vehicle oil preheating and insulation device, a dual-mode heating
system for the cab, and customized low-temperature resistant structural parts
and seals to ensure stable operation in the extreme environment of -45°C. This
model and Zoomlion ZE2000G excavator form a "gold combination", which
can meet the demand of mines with an annual production capacity of 5 million
tons.
Zoomlion Vice President Yuan Ye said,
focusing on large-scale, green, unmanned technology, the company has developed
a number of complete sets of solutions to adapt to the global extreme
environment, and through the whole life cycle service to create value for
customers. The delivery not only verifies the reliability of the product, but
also helps China's manufacturing to the global high-end market.
