After learning that the customer is interested in ordering forklifts from our company, we have conducted multiple telephone communication with the customer to understand their specific requirements in detail, including the type, configuration, quantity and expected delivery time of the forklift. Based on this information, we tailored a detailed itinerary for the customer and prepared all relevant materials and samples in advance so that we could present our products and services comprehensively and intuitively when the customer visited.

 

Our reception team picked up customers at the airport on time and escorted them all the way to the company. In the company's showroom, we gave customers a detailed introduction to the company's history, culture, product features and market advantages. Subsequently, we had an in-depth exchange with the customer to discuss the forklift configuration and packing issues in detail. According to the customer's opinion, we have adjusted and optimized the forklift configuration to ensure that the product can meet the actual needs of customers.

 

Immediately after the customer visit, we summarized the reception work and sorted out and analyzed the customer feedback. After our efforts, the customer finally completed the payment successfully, and we also delivered the products to the customer according to the contract time.
