Recently, we welcomed our valued client from Laos for an on-site visit to the KOMATSU manufacturing facility. Our sales team accompanied the customer throughout the factory tour, introducing the production lines, quality inspection processes, and key models of construction machinery widely used in mining and infrastructure projects.
During the visit, the client carefully inspected several machines, including excavators, wheel loaders, and bulldozers. Our technicians explained core features such as engine performance, hydraulic system reliability, structural durability, and after-sales service support. The customer was highly impressed by KOMATSU’s advanced manufacturing technology and strict quality control standards.
