On September 29, 2026, we welcomed clients from Portugal at our factory. They are old customers who had previously visited the factory and purchased machines. However, the last machines had a number of minor issues, and their configuration differed from what the clients wanted. Therefore, this visit was aimed at confirming the exact configuration the clients wanted, one-to-one, and going over every detail to prevent similar problems with the new machines.
Before the visit, we confirmed in advance which models the clients wanted to see, coordinated with the clients on scheduling, and arranged the factory visit time and personnel with the factory.
During the visit, we accompanied the clients to the factory and confirmed the required configuration and details one by one.
After the visit, we are now preparing a detailed quotation and a summary of the machines the clients are interested in, and will push forward to close another deal.
