My old clients, who had previously purchased shotcrete machines from me, had informed me that they were visiting China for the renowned Canton Fair. Their primary purpose was to explore the latest tunnel machinery and shotcrete machines, as they were keen on expanding their operations.we set out early in the morning to the airport, ensuring I was there on time to greet them.

After a brief exchange of pleasantries, we decided to head straight to the factories of some of the other suppliers we had made appointments with. This was an important part of their visit, as they wanted to compare different products and services in the market. As we toured the factories, I provided them with detailed explanations of the machinery and its capabilities, answering any questions they had.

In the afternoon, we returned to our office, where we discussed various aspects of after-sales service and potential new orders. They expressed satisfaction with our previous transactions and were keen on exploring further opportunities. Finally, we set out to visit the factories that I had personally made appointments with.   As we toured the facilities, I introduced them to the team and explained the unique features and benefits of the machinery.   My clients were impressed with the quality and performance of the products, and we ended the day with a promising discussion about future collaborations.
