Summer is knocking the door, has your loader equipment water tank been maintained in accordance with maintenance requirements?

Doing so can protect the water tank better, as well as prevent the water tank from high temperature that affect the function of the equipment.

1. Rinse on the water tank outside the heat sink with low water pressure. The water pressure can not be too high, otherwise the heat sink will be deformed. In the mean time, the front and back of the radiator need to be cleaned.

2. Start the loader for about 5 minutes, turn off the water at 30 degrees and drain the water in the water tank. Turn off the water switch after discharging, and then fill up the water; start it for a few minutes, and then release the water; and so on. Just wait until the water that comes out is clear. After cleaning, remember not to add water to the water tank, but to add antifreeze.

3. During the normal use of the loader, please do not open the water tank cover after parking, as the steam in the water tank will blow out and cause burns.

4. Antifreeze must be added to the water tank. If the water tank is filled with water, it is easy to generate scale, which will block the water tank pipes, resulting in poor return water and high temperature.
